Santa isabel "Altum" is just a name, they're actually Pterophyllum Scalare sp. Santa isabel. They may look similar but the size and colors are completely different.
What you had is a captive bred Scalare, a common angel fish. What these are, are wildcaught Santa Isabels that grow to a much bigger angels.
Angelfish are peaceful group of animals. Couples separate themselves from the group. They prefer warm, min. 27 degrees, dim and slow-moving water. Because of the shape they are very agile and can so easily between plants and root through branches. The sunfish lays eggs on a leaf, a stone, or if need be on the glass. Ideally, the ceramic pyramids that are for sale. They display parental care. The angelfish preferably not keep with barbs because they tend to pick the fins. The aquarium should be lit at least 12 hours, in which the light can be a bit muted with some floating plants. In a dark ground colors are best expressed.
